By accessing or using DigitalManager / Digital Invoicing Software, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before creating an account.
1. Service description
DigitalManager provides cloud-based digital invoicing software with optional FBR PRAL integration for businesses operating in Pakistan. Features, usage limits, and pricing depend on your selected plan as described on our pricing page.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business to these terms.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by users you invite.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, submit fraudulent or false invoices, or use DigitalManager in violation of FBR regulations or any applicable law.
4. FBR and tax compliance
While we facilitate PRAL integration, validation workflows, and reporting tools, you remain solely responsible for the accuracy of invoice data, buyer information, tax calculations, and compliance with FBR rules. DigitalManager does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
5. Subscription, trials, and billing
Paid plans renew according to your agreement unless cancelled. Free trials are offered at our discretion and may convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your plan agreement.
6. Intellectual property
DigitalManager, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by Digital Invoicing. You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
7. Availability and support
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (including FBR/PRAL) may affect functionality. Support is provided according to your plan level.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Invoicing and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or penalties arising from FBR submissions, service downtime, data loss, or third-party service failures. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, inaccurate invoice data, or violation of these terms or applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan unless otherwise agreed in writing.
